What are the symptoms of anemia?

This may be a stupid question but I am having a hard time right now. I'm panicking, trying to calm down. Not sure what to do. Am I anemic?

I've been bleeding since February. Didn't think much about it during this time. I was just happy to have a period and no hot flashes. Thought at first that I had a long period and hoped it would stop soon. A few months later... I realize that I have had no blood free days.

I realize I must take action. For now I need to know what are the symptoms of anemia. What should I be aware of? I'm scared. I fear of passing out when driving. Can this happen?
