I took 200mcg of Selenium while on round, do you think I should up this to 400mcg???
No I have never tried DMSA nor DMPS, I can't ship them to Egypt and even if I can they are very expensive. So I can't afford them.

Maybe ALA mobilizes Cd but does not chelate it well. this would tend to leave more Cd in circulation to bind with Se.

Do you mean that taking Selenium along with ALA would chelate Cadmium?
I live in one of the most toxic environment in the world, Egypt, so I'm VERY sure I have high levels of lead, mercury, cadmium and almnium.
So ALA isn't effective to chelate those 4??? Tweet
