Flush with a calcified gall bladder, need feedback

I have very large stones in my kidney and gall bladder. I have what was described as a calcified gall bladder with a 3.2 cm (centimeter not mm) stone that makes the gall bladder bulge. I also had a 3.4 cm stone in my kidney that was broken up by 3 lipotripsy operations, now a bunch of marble size stones. My question is can I do a typical liver/gallbladder flush without getting the stones caught in my duct with stones this big? Is there away to shave down the size or melt them before flushing them? I get a very annoying pressure headache that last for weeks sometimes and I believe it is pressure on my vagus nerve from my liver or gall bladder. Anyone have success with huge gallbladder and kidney stones?
