Thank you. I would definitely get your Iron levels checked out. And not just your serum level iron. You need your tissue storage iron ( i believe< ferretin or something) anyways my doc said that anyone he sees that has bad reactions to anti-depressants usually have very low iron, or some sort of nutritional deficiency that contributes to the reaction. Sense I have started taking Iron, and vitamin C at night, I have been able to sleep. (granted I hate to say that so pre-maturely as it has only been the last 3 or 4 nights or so. He says the key is to stop the adrenaline response to inflammation at night. The body naturally goes into an inflammatory state at night to go to sleep, but when you are extremely inflamed then the body sends out adrenaline at night to stop it.
Anyways, will see how I do on just supplements alone and then decide from there.
