mucus/ discharge in my throat

I've had some kind of mucus or discharge in my throat for about 15 years. Allergy tests were negative, a throat swab showed Neisseria Sp. and Streptococcus viridans, but the doctors said that was O.K. and they didn't know what to do about it.

I use the F.G. for Neisseria from the Dr.'s Clark book and Rife's program for s. viridans, but there's no progress.

Does anybody have an idea what can cause this constant discharge in my throat?

I always wanted to take singing lessons and I couldn't because of this thing in my throat. I'll be very grateful for any suggestions.
