Time ago i read that if you use suplemented b12 is a better choice methylcobalamin because is better absorved than cyanocobalamin.
Methylcobalamin is the active form of B12 and is better absorbed. Also i read in patches is better absorved... it is possible?
I have never heard of patches for B12, but the sublingual tablets absorb well since they bypass the need for stomach acid or intrinsic factor.
