How to look after your teeth when on the Doctrine?

Wanted to ask this for a long time...
Well, maybe it's a silly question but
How should those who are on the Doctrine look after their teeth?
My dowsing says that brushing your teeth isn't needed at all but then you have a build-up of calcium on your teeth, which may be some sort of the second dentine... Perhaps, it's good for you... who knows

I guess the teeth topic is one of the most important ones and has been discussed here and on the Trapper's and Iodine forums but I'd like to address the Doctrine relationship as well. Thanks Tweet
