ACV and skin mole

I have been treating a raised mole with ACV. Then I applied Lugol's Iodine 2% a few times. Some of it scabbed & I did touch it even though I know not to.Today the skin is raised up around the mole. Could it be just the body pushing out the mole or am I being paranoid? It looks so weird from the angle. Before it looked like skin with a mole sitting on top. Now it looks like a nipple, oh my gosh. Is this normal when using this method? I'm not sure I should continue. It was hard to get a good photo being so close.

Also,the mole did change color, went from brown to kinda bloody redcolor & feels hard. Any advice is appreciated.
