Hello! I would recommend that you eat a more alkaline diet instead of using the baking soda. What you really need is minerals that you get from fruits and vegetables. Baking soda really doesn't give you the needed minerals.

for a list of alkaline foods. Eating a diet with more of these foods (and fewer of the acidic foods) would probably be the most helpful to become more alkaline.
