The Easier Way to Juice Fast

i am going to start my 30day colon cleansing and this time around i dont think i want to chuck down the powder form is it alright if i take it and put them into capsule in the correct dosage amount require...it was hard to do the last time and almost came back up....lol...just wanted to know if that would matter or not..
