muscle pinching

Hello all,
I get these little pinches in my muscles, all over my body. It feels like someone stuck me with a pin. It will only last about 10 secongds in each spot, then move somewhere else. Actually i cant tell if its in my muscles or in my blood, since i feel so dizzy and toxic. Does anyone else get these ? Any ideas on what actually is going on ?
Sometimes it worries me that it is my organs or something going bad from all the fungus. Tweet
