50th round and ongoing yeast die off

hi,
I have just finished my 50th round of ALA (60mg) every two hrs with no real side
effects, I have also been following the anti candida diet and treating it with
anti fungals for the last 2 months. I get ongoing die off from these, which has
also led to a weird symptom of sinus congestion with thick green and smelly
mucus! which is somewhat better after cutting out all dairy, including
yogurt...has anyone had this issue ?

i feel I have improved with the chelation but wanted to know is ongoing die off
for months on end a common issue ? its not all the time often every 3 or 4 days
and usually goes if I take Bentonite clay, I am hoping what's left of the
mercury isn't just making more yeast that I kill off with the anti fungals,
which then grows again because of the mercury etc..

can yeast die off last this long ?
how do you tell the difference between yeast die off and mercury ?
I though a year of chelation would of reduced my mercury so the yeast wasn't a
problem any more ?
