Such disease happened after delivery of baby in most of ladies In India in our older time mothers of their daughter used to suggest to clean internal part of vagina and underlips with saline warm water daily but I used to suggested lot of women to use urine therapy which as follows
You have to collect old/aged or fresh urine of any person in a tub then sit in urine tub so underlips shall be dipped in urine then try to insert urine in to vagina while doing in and out with underlips many times at a time and do it daily
In addition you have to do exercise of in and out with under lips as and when ever you have time then report and i hope you will be cured very soon
