Re: Bubbling/pressure in chest/lower rib left side.

Perhaps it does have something to do with stopping the enzymes. One of the problems with "supplementing" is that the very thing we're trying to help, we can easily end up worsening. For example, if one takes insulin, the body recognizes the unnatural insulin, and then the pancreas stops producing it. With the adrenals, if one takes hydrocortisone, the same thing happens (the adrenals sense the hormones they're supposed to be making and actually shut down to the point of atrophy).

SO, it's very possible that when your body had the enzymes, it slowed/lessened/stopped the production of things it thought didn't need...and now the food isn't being digested as thoroughly (or moving through the intestines as quickly). But that doesn't seem to 'add up completely' to the symptoms you're reporting.

>>> Feels at times like something is trying to push out through my rib cage above my heart, then that pressure moves at times but mainly stays around my heart which is concering, I wouldn't be as concerned if it were somewhere else.<<< Well, you know your heart doesn't move, nor do your organs (unless you've jarred them substantially), so 'gas from undigested food' is a likely culprit.

I doubt that it has anything to do with your heart murmur...although I understand why an increased heart-rate concerns you. Some people are born with murmurs and live their whole life without complications.

I recall your ICV issues tended to be right-side/shoulder related (which is normal, as the valve is on the right), but many of the symptoms you've listed correspond to ICV issues. Perhaps in the opening/closing of the ICV, it got stuck open and some fecal matter has backed up into the mid/left transverse colon, and is causing some gas & swelling (that would certainly move around and put pressure where you're indicating). Also, I recall cayenne possibly being an irritant to ICV issues - so perhaps that triggered something there.

Also, check the diagram below and look at how far the liver extends to the left. Another possibility is some debris is temporarily moving around or lodged and needing some assistance to get moving.

Remember, these diagrams are rarely 'totally accurate'...in this case, everything is FAR too low. The transverse colon is right under the rib cage for most people - much more like the image below:

So you can see how gas/swelling/food in the transverse could pressure the stomach, heart & liver.

If I were exhibiting what you're reporting, here's what I would do:

--foot reflexology on the symptomatic areas (and the areas I feel may be contributing)
--herbs that relieve gas (peppermint, spearmint, fennel seed & ginger root)
--castor oil pack on my torso
--EFT (not only for the stress, but also directly about the physical issues I was experiencing)
--one or more CE's to ensure bile flow; assist-along any debris in the biliary tract that may need a helping-hand; and to ensure a bowel movement or two to make sure my colon was empty (and relieve gas).

Blessings,

Uny
