dental report

I got hip to the fluoride problem in my twenties and gave up fluoride tooth paste. The next time I went to get my teeth cleaned I had a cavity, so I went back on fluoride. I wasn't hip to mercury yet, so I let them fill it with mercury.

Then I got hip to the mercury problem and got my fillings replaced with crowns.

In my thirties, I got scared about fluoride again and quit using it again. I was on a very rigorous diet and thought I could avoid cavities because I ate nothing sweet. But I got another cavity. So I went back on fluoride.

When I got sick in 2002 and you guys started telling me to stop with the fluoride and get my mercury out. Well it was already out. I complained about already quitting fluoride twice and getting two cavities. V said to brush my teeth with IP6 and baking soda. I have been doing that for a few years.

Today I got my teeth cleaned and I have no cavities, unless there is some underneath these crowns, which looked rather gray in the x-ray. I am thinking about having these crowns replaced with cerec. They are porcelain on top of nickel.

Anyways, I am glad to say that IP6 prevents cavities and I don't need any fluoride. And grateful to V for telling me how to avoid fluoride without getting a cavity.
