Re: Please Help, I really need support quick!!
I am sorry to hear about your condition. I was diagnosed with DS about a month ago, but have been suffering with the symptons for about a year. I have only mild facial SD, but the itchyness drives me crazy and has been affecting my quality of life. So I can only imagine what you are going through ...
I've read some messages on a blog and they made so much sense to me, I was wondering that they could help you.

I know there is a lot of comments, but the one that caught my attention is the one divided in Part I and Part II about nutrition and diet.
There is also another message that mention foods that can trigger SD.
In my case, doctor prescribed Effaclar Duo from La Roche Posay for the face and wash my hair everyday with a cyclopirox olamine & zinc pyrithione shampoo.
I know some people that have found confort with other La Roche Posay products such as Kerium DS creme and Cicaplast.
Aloe Vera and
Green Clay seem to be a natural way to sooth the skin.
Someone recommend me Bonacure Anti-dandruff lotion as an excellent treatment (I personally never tried).
I hope I could help. If you have any question about the things I mentioned, I will be more than happy to answer them.
Hang in there !
