NO, the medical sitz bath is water 50 degrees colder than the human body applied to the anus as much as possible to draw the mucus from the entire body that has been warmed enough to sweat for one hour prior to applying the cold water for 15 minutes.

We have a few sink hook up units for the toilet, or it is easily done in the bath tub at no extra expense.
