survey on codependency

Hello,
i am a psychology grad student doing research on substance addiction and relationships. i am looking for participants who are in (or have been in the past) a relationship with a substance abuser (alcohol and/or drugs) to take this survey which consists of several questionnaires (approx 20min). It is completely anonymous and you can be entered into a raffle to win 1 of 2 $50 visa gift cards.
