Re: Good article by Theresa Vernon about Copper Toxicity

Interesting read about adrenal fatigue. I'm curious about the slow/fast oxidation portion though. In slow oxidation, Ca and Mag are elevated while Na and K are decreased!? I'm not getting it properly, perhaps I should read more of the books. High veggie diets should provide plenty of K (potassium), and Na (Sodium) is everywhere.

She clearly read many books when looking at the Web site under the Good Books heading.
