Re: Enzyme supplements

thanks, I was familiar with most of this, and indeed follow generally the A-type prescriptions, lifestyle and diet-wise,
but only because they fit what I've seen to be true about myself! One thing I always had some trouble with was the caution against cayenne- and I've discussed this before with Uny; they seem to gather or collect a lot of mucous, and I love them, but I have wondered if maybe ginger is preferable, as a 'healer'. I know ginger is considered medicinal for A's--according to D'adamo.

My feeling is that the raw or tinctured peppers are MUCH preferable for A's ( maybe everyone?) to the cooked...

Was wondering what Uny felt about the low HCL. Uny,if you have time. Maybe you already posted on this
