Hi Intothewild. You said you want to try a diet against candida. What will work best is a low FODMAPs diet. It excludes everything that might feed the bad bacterias in your gut. Try to goole it and it will give you a list of foods you can or cannot eat. Also try to supplement your diet with probiotics. The higher the billion count of the beneficial bacteria the better. Secondly, try digestive enzymes. Enzymes will help digest and absorb foods so they will not become food for candida. There are more supplements you can take but these are the main ones. Also, in order to deal with this problem you will have to research a lot of information on internet. Try looking for leaky gut and gut dysbiosis b/c, in my opinion, they are number one in causing fecal odor.
