Re: (graphic pic) Would someone please identify this worm? (Hookworm??)

I don't know what it is, but better out than in.
As far as prescriptions go, I've never gotten anything out with over the counter drugs, nor what the doctor prescribed. I took 5 times the recommended dose of pinworm medicine the pharmacist recommended and it did nothing to stop the itch. The doctor gave me two three day doses of 100 mg albendamazole sp?...
I think it would have helped, but she wouldn't give me more, because that is what they told her to do. (She called someone and asked how much was needed, and she gave me enough to still them up and develop resistance, but not enough to get rid of them.) I can take as much as I want when I take herbs, and I can feel them squirming to get away from it. I put Clarkia in capsules and shove it up my arse. I also take about five times as much as is recommended on most bottles of tinctures I buy. I do NOT recommend this when you first start, as you need to listen to your body and control how badly you here. If you kill off too many at first, the die off can kill you. But once you have been cleansing for a while, you can take more without having die off symptoms. And they will run into remote areas away from the digestive tract to get away from the herbs they don't like. So once you have killed them out of your digestive system and they are hiding out in a jaw bone or in some pocket near near your joints or in a glands somewhere, you have to have a higher concentration in your body to get to them. If you don't keep after them, they will come out of hiding and recolonize your guts again. Eventually you can clean the blood completely.
