Re: Iodine saturation?

Hi Cougar,

I eat lowcarb and push alot of salt due to my high coffee intakes.

My Lugol's is 5% solution.

I'm sure I still have some bromide along with heavy metals left over from prior amalgams, but I have not been exposed to much flouride in years.

I don't ever have any detox symptoms when taking 6 drops of iodine.

Also, I do not have any illnesses nor diseases.
