Re: Reply: Is it time for me to go to the emergency room?
What're you eating if you aren't adding starches and on an alkaline diet? I went from the nasty boiled cod+greens to just greens for a couple days, and then potatoes and rice and greens. The rice and potatoes did make me feel weird the first couple days, but I was determined. I was so over the nasty feeling I got from beef, and the bland nastiness of the fat free fish I was eating.
Then, when learning about acid/alkaline I dropped the potatoes and rice for sweet potatoes, added dandelion and kale. Now I'm having various fruits and vegetables, almonds, and avocadoes. I cooked green beans with a little oil and served cooked almonds over it. I thawed a piece of tilapia out because fresh water is the least acidic...I will probably toss it. I just feel too good to hit a wall over a nasty piece of fish. Theres protein in lima beans...
I wonder what the root causes are here? Lactose intolerance? Celiac? an acid PH because of too much meat and eggs? Going into this I had a sweet tooth and loaded up on eggs every day.
I'm glad I could help. I hope my difficult 2.5 years can help encourage people to not stay on the suffering bandwagon and figure out that a cleansing diet is healing for a lot of different ailments. Candida is not this problem that requires carb control, even though the symptoms are shown with the introduction of carbs. Meat can be the worst thing if it's screwing up your liver so candida can run wild.
