Congenital Issues

Hello,
I got to know about your site/forum and Black Seed oil and its benefits from Internet search.
I have a 9month old baby with congenital issues. His developmental milestones are very slow. He eats pap and other semi-liquid foods now, but he does not laugh at all times. He can be active when he wants to.
He folds his fingers, and can't sit without support. His legs seem to be flaccid. His back curves when you try to sit him down.
He was at a time diagonised with an issue of the heart and when we took to the pediatrician the last time, the murmur was very faint. They could hardly perceive it.
I just wanted to find out if Black Seed oil can be of help to correct or help develop his developmental milestone.
