how many days do you think this histamine reaction of my breathing is going to take until i can breathe normal again? What supplement or drug or food or drink or such can i use for this horrible reaction?

thank you so much i really think that's why because of the histamine reaction. is that in the lungs? i have been taking olve leaf extract, but i did notice some rashes on my chest but thought that was because of the levothyroxine .025 mcg

i was taking levothyroxine for 3 weeks; then i took phentermine 37.5 mg once a day on sunday and monday; then on tuesday (the worst day of my life) i took a phentermine 37.5 mg at around 10:30 am then i took the levothyroxine at around 3pm and then at around 5 or 6 i took the olive leaf extract 500 mg.
