What acid/alkaline charts do you go by?

New and confused. Every chart/site I look at seems be different. For example foods like potatos, eggs, rice, quinoa, chicken, and more are either acidic or alkaline based on the chart or site you're looking at.

These are mostly the foods I want to eat as I'm mostly a picky eater and want to make it as simple as possible but I still have no idea what is what. Is there an official chart somewhere?
