Day 21 completed - now starts the Raw Food Phase

Nothing exciting about today other than a bit more abdominal discomfort than usual. Hopefully that doesn't mean that I'm starting a healing crisis at this moment. It goes away when I'm laying down so perhaps not.

Not much more to say than I'm looking forward to my first meal tomorrow at 8am. Closing weight is 110 lbs which is a total of 29 pounds for the whole event but who knows.

Of course, now comes the really hard part of controlling my appetite and gradually introducing foods in a healthy manner. Discipline is paramount as I'm in charge of the food supply.
