Re: MMS compared to 'chlorine dioxide' products such as Closys & Durafresh
dear silverfox,
thank you very much... i feel much more at ease now, and i so appreciate the personal attention you've given to my concerns~
i've ordered the therabreath first, and then as i got more money i ordered closys as a backup, and the next money i get i'll order CDS + some ph testing strips to try to check the ph and know what im working with...
meanwhile (in case anyone else suffering with an infection reads this), for now i've settled on a routine of:
in the morning, before eating, i swish w/ 1 teaspoon coconut oil, gently (because otherwise it can loosen fillings, which i've had happen), for 12-20 minutes,
measure out 1 teaspoon xylitol and, from that i dip my toothbrush in it and gently brush my teeth
then i take the rest of the teaspoon of xylitol (w/ optional, a bit more coconut oil to blend with the sweetness of the xylitol)
and it tastes yummy and is supposed to be good for u, i hope so!
mid day, i take another teaspoon of xylitol (w/ optional a bit more coconut oil)
and before bed i measure another teaspoon of xylitol, dip my toothbrush in it and gently brush my teeth, then take the rest of the xylitol (again w/ optional a bit of coconut oil)
and, hopefully, my mouth is finally starting to calm down... (if not, i will update that it didnt work)
once the therabreath/closys/cds get here, i will try irrigating w/ each of those (followed by swishing w/ a pinch of baking soda in water),
after my xylitol brushing but probably before taking the teaspoon of xylitol (w/ coconut oil)
please keep your fingers crossed for me :)
