"We are volunteer veterans helping veterans and need your help. I have spent my savings and dedicated my life to providing treatment to those who suffer PTSD. It is working. Since launching Talking2Minds we have transformed the lives of nearly 400 victims with a near 100% success rate.

I suffered PTSD after many years in hostile environments in the SAS. After trying all the NHS had to offer and increasingly desperate to get some kind of quality of life, I tried a new cognitive approach developed by veterans for fellow sufferers. I got my life back in days.

What we do know is that 'The drugs's don't work.' Our treatment does. Our drug free therapy relies on talking, listening and counselling. Over a cup of tea.

We don't pay salaries, we don't build posh rehabilitation centres. What we do need is to help more sufferers. Every time I appear in the media, the phone rings with victims crying out for help and we need to respond. PTSD kills people.. it can turn celebrated soldiers into street drunks, drives great husbands and fathers to suicide. It can wreck families, destroy careers and turn sanity to violent insanity. We know - we have been there! But we also know how to help our people.
