Too much calcium or not enough magnesium. The ratio has to be correct otherwise they measure deficiency one way or the other.

Get on some good Magnesium Citrate. The product "Calm" will do very nicely. Drink distilled water the rest of your life.

Lots of other things you can do. A good adjustment or two wouldn't hurt. Upper cervical.

If you've been on the meds chances are they have played with your ratios too.
