hyper parathyroidism, very ill

PLease help, I have been diagnosed with hyper parathyroidism, my calcium levels are elevated , I was put on vitamin D for some time but after the course of vit D is now finished I feel much worse, and there is a swelling in my throat. I feel very shaky and dizzy and have head pain. Is there anything I can do to help take care of this (probable) tumor in the neck? I was thinking about castor oil or pau darco tea and maybe essiac tea. Otherwise I think I may be admitted to hospital where they will remove it but I would like to avoid this option if at all possible, and there is no guarantee that it will cure the condition.
