I'm considering this route also, the high protein/fat diet isn't working for me, flare-ups keep happening, and I'm battling crazyass bad cravings still, for stuff I can't digest.
Bless your heart dude, at least add some nutty flax oil or herbs/spices to your greens. Garlic, basil, oregano, or fresh dill and lemon juice? Nom nom nom! :) Real men eat lettuce!!
