clear thinking is very valuable process that needs a point of all connections, one gets it when the mind has all the energy of life focused to it. like clear water that feeds well the host and guest.
So it is important to have meditation from where one lives as well all his time: a real energy of life manifesting itself through our seeing and that should be the base to begin and end with.
