I agree its probably more of a marketing scheme. Its amazing how some of these companies will use this kind of measure to promote their products. They make a slight adjustment in the product and they act like it will make all the difference in the world. .. And then they will charge much more for their product,  in which the consumer thinks they are getting a much better product..... but in reality their isnt a whole lot of difference.
