It doesn't say on the carton whether the cow is A1 or A2. Also how does kefir interact with BCM7?

That article is extremely direct and informational, thus extremely vague as well in terms of how to obtain A2, or BCM7 free milk.

Also how has everyone else been making effective kefir with A1 cows then? Not sure why that article was relevant
