Been diagnosed with uveitis

I have had this about 5 days and not improving, very painful, blurred vision, looks like pink eye, but is actually much worse.. And potential to damage vision..
Is there a place for ozone to help with this? If yes, which methods? I have an oxygen concentrator and ozone generator.. Thanks
As well as any safe Natural treatments, ie warm compresses and natural treatments?
Colloidal Silver didn't sem to do much used it every hour for 1.5 days.
There is no infection apparently, it's inflammation from 'something' causing.
