Hey, 152167, from the picture you have it kinda looks like part of celery. It's got a section missing out of it and stringy pieces coming off of it. It doesn't have the horizontal segmentation pattern of a tapeworm, nor the appearance of an Ascaris roundworm, from what I can tell.

Have you eaten any tougher vegetables in the last few days? If so you'll see the cellulose (undigestable plant parts) in stool, and they might look like this.
