PhDs brains are culled constantly. Culled = sucked dry.

'Classified' 'Need to Know' and 'Top Secret' are words fat stupid slob greedy ugly males use to hide the fact that they just screwed a kid or a goat and stole, misappropriated millions of dollars from someone or some group, to take a jumbo jet plane ride to get drunk with a transgender hooker.
Bod's Ceo's Trustees and LLCs etc use black bags to protect patent processes, ie., that they hire orphans in remote islands to put land mines together for thier incindiary device unit aka 'housewares division' of thier GE, Motorola biz, contract divisions.

Black bags are used by corps, diet coke, beer makers etc etc etc and other rep food pyramid peddlers, to conceal the amount of rat poison in thier beer, etc.

The entire rep PYRAMID is compartmentalized. No one except those at the top and the pinnacle know the applications.

A rep tried to kill me (truthfully- many reps have tried to kill me). And I am alive to post about it.
I took washable paint and painted over 100 small crosses on my body under my clothes, I wore a silver cross and carried crosses in every pocket. I had a bible in the briefcase that I carried when I went to talk with the rep in a chinese restaurant.
