If you do consume it, whether on purpose or accidentally, apple cider vinegar with the mother in it has sufficient enzymes to solve the ensuing bloat problem. (EDIT: enzymes - or something beneficial). I've tried it and it definitely works on me, and I don't generally tolerate grains - period - gf or not.
About 2 teaspoons with an immediate one-swallow-fresh-water chaser during or after the meal, or two teaspoons mixed in with 8 ounces of water 30 minutes prior to the meal will help tremendously.
I have read that people who follow the Bragg protocol of having the acv in water a half-hour prior to every meal will lose about a half-pound every week, even if they do not change their horrible diet.
