Thank you, will do. I feel great on lugol's, never had any detox to push through. I detoxed flouride with borax before doing Lugol's though. I did have flu symptoms with borax for 3 days then joint pain gone. :-) I still add himilayan salt and a sprinkle of borax to my distilled water. Tweet
