Edit: I just used the research paper you posted to do the math directly on undecylic acid (aka capric acid). According to this paper, the dose required to kill Candida would be ~9.5g, if I am doing my math right. That sounds about right, based on the other study I posted. Check out my math below...

Blood volume = 5600ml
Capric acid = 172.26g/mol
Capric acid required concentration = 10mM = 0.010moles/L
=1.7g/L
=9.52g/body

That's alot of pills. Who knows what kind of side effects taking that much would have on your body?
