5 year old with swollen lymph nodes/ tonsils

I need your advice!
My son got sick 4 days ago. His tonsils got swollen and he got tonsil stones. Staffed nose at night, not coughing a lot (mainly because of the post nasal drip).
I'm giving him 3 teaspoons Colloidal Silver a day and spraing directly in his math also 2 time a day a few drops in his nose.
He is sipping apple cider vinegar/ honey in warm water (that seems to help)
I'm spaying in his nose with saline solution with xilitol and some seed extract.

He is not running fever.
I noticed that the last day or so his tonsil stones are going away, but his lymph nodes behind his ears look more swollen than before.
I really don't want him to get any Antibiotic and/or medications, but....I'm scared for him and need some advice if I'm doing the right thing or not.
I was looking at maybe giving additional things or just have to go to a doctor.
Me, my daughter and my husband are all sick, but much better then my son.
From my daughter's school I got the feeling that there is lots of strep and flu going on.
If I go it would probably be Bastyr university clinic, we are in Seattle.
