I am in a similar situation as ObeyTheSloth.

I faxed in an order on Friday March 9, and additionally confirmed that order through email on Sunday March 11. It concerns a European order for an amount of 233.50 excl. shipping costs, and I specifically requested the order to be shipped through UPS, DHL or Fedex. I used the fax number and email address provided on MMB's contact page.

My question is: have you properly received that order and is it being processed? I provided my CC details on the order form, but like ObeyTheSloth, up so far no charge has been made.. Tweet
