Re: did anyone try epiCeram?

Yeah it is a bit delicate because three days ago I had changed the routine about this.

I explain myself :

I started a 'free' treatment since more than one month.
Subjectively, I was seeing little kinds of improvements but three days ago I saw again the pics I was taking during the 'free' treatment and objectively there was no really improvement at all, but lips covered by ultra-keratinized callosities.

Few days ago, I had read something very interesting in goodcalluk's posts : he was/is doing some 'steam-room' sessions and saw/see very improvements from that time, even if he said that his condition was maybe caused by mouthwash or other, but this point had clearly caught my attention.

Then, I had decided to improvise a handcrafted steam-room with a bowl full of hot water and a towel to prevent heat and humidity from getting away.

Honestly, my lips are more better than they have ever been in the past two years, they look like more stronger than ever and I clearly see the grooves in them.

For me, it was an important point because this combines two essential and natural elements : HEAT and HUMIDITY which form a part of, as I have recently used, the optimal conditions to enable the lips to heal properly and naturally.

It just has been three days that I have started this treatment and I really see an improvement, but I don't want to claim victory too soon, that's why I want to wait a little more before doing a little check.

I propose you to do the same. You could be very surprised, and it's totally natural in the rebuilding, which is very important.
