Re: Is it possible to be allergic to coconut oil?

No way. Candida loves all fats and you gave it exactly what it wants. Get on youtube and search candida and fat. We are all recovering from getting rid of all fats and eating tons of green vegetables. Broccoli, Spinach. I ruined a vacation to NYC with coconut oil. Its a joke. Candida experts reccomend it because they have been suffering with candida for years and taking coconut oil. See my point? it made me so sick just like Almonds, cashews. Anything with fat. My rashes disappeared with no fat and scaling back on fish proteins and eating large amounts of broccoli. Also google Frederic Patenaude and candida.

The fat coats the fungus and creates a rotted breeding ground. Also google Disbiosis, as a reason to look at fat and animal protein as a cause of recurring candida. You need the green fiber. I tried eating a ton of fat free tuna but it has to be vegetables that cure you. I'm getting my life back with steamed greens and grilled portobello mushrooms.
