In case you didn't know,

This is a great site, esp. if you, like me, are quite visual. The "completeness" graph is very pretty, and the whole thing is quite lovely.
It's currently set to rapini, one of my faves, perhaps not one of yours--but you can input anything!(lately I've been eating LOTS of orange and lemon peel, and loving it.)

One more thing-->>>the "inflammation factor". How great a feature is that? I think we all know people to whom this information might be very palatable, maybe a nice intro to herbs and tinctures. :-)
