Re: Are you supposed to be able to hold ACV enema for very long?

It sounds like you are putting in apple cider vinegar straight. That is not necessary and I suspect could be irritating to the colon lining, which might be why you can't hold it. 1 tbsp or 2 to a 16 ounce glass of water will work great.

Yes, ACV kill candida, which is often - but not always white - & it sounds like that is what you are seeing. You need to go on with the ACV enemas until all the junk is gone. It can take dozens of such enemas. You may get die off. Homemade sugarless kefir & 3% hydrogen peroxide (also about 2 tbsp per 16 ounces water) will also kill the candida. Kefir & ACV have the advantage of adding in good bacteria.

You will only be able to expel the candida that is in your colon in these ways. But you probably have it throughout your intestines, which of course are much bigger. You can get rid of that through kefir, I believe. Anyway it causes die off symptoms when I take it on an empty stomach late at night - mostly itching & twitching just as when I did those enemas. Start small to eliminate die off & gradually increase. No matter how many bugs you get rid of, if you have candida you are not healthy and may never feel right.
