Methylcobalamin is the answer.
You lose a lot of Vitamin B12 in sperm.
As well as selenium.

At least 50mcg Seleniomethionine a day +
a sublingual lozenge of 1000 mcg Methylcobalamin under the upper lip every day so that you make it last at least 30 mns. Longer is best.
Do this for at least six months. Results come faster though. Not a good reason to exagerate!!! Enjoy sex without ejaculation!


Stop eating junk food.
Eat liver as much as you can. Eggs fried in butter.
