What did you do 30 or so months ago? Start and then stop. If you're serious about getting well, you've got to do the full course and stay on the dewormer as maintenance for life. Otherwise the bugs just keep on multiplying, if you didn't get rid of them in the first place. What's the definition of "expensive" to you? Sacrificing your health or making a real effort to get what products work and work it thru to the end? Barefoot's PW/A adult formula is recommended. It takes WORK and TIME and for sure some money to get well. We're not part of the insurance and medical system. Be consistent. If you have to borrow $$$ to get it done, then you might have to consider it. $$$ aren't going to go very far pretty soon. You might have to find an herbalist who can make a dewormer up for you. We might have to consider wildcrafing herbs ourselves.
